摘  要:在0.1 mol.L^-1的NaOH介质中,胍修饰的Co(Ⅱ)-BSA于-1.70 V左右(vs.SCE)产生一个超灵敏的络合吸附波,该波一阶导数波高与Co(Ⅱ)浓度在6.8×10^-10-1.7×10^-7mol.L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.997,检测限可达3.0×10^-10mol.L^-1。该法具有操作简单、重现性好、灵敏度高、精密度高等特点。用于测定矿泉水和VB12药片中Co(Ⅱ)的含量,结果令人满意。An extremely sensitive adsorptive wave of Co( Ⅱ) at about -1.70 V(vs. SCE) has been obtained sin the solution containing 10 ug ·mL^-1 BSA,0.1 mol · L^-1 guanidine hydrochloride and 0. 1 mol · L^-1 NaOH by using single sweep polarography. Its first derivative wave height shows a good linear relationship to the concentration of Co( Ⅱ ) in the range of 6.8 × 10^-10 - 1.7 × 10^-7 mol · L^-1 , the correlation coefficient for the straight line is 0. 997,the detection limit is 3.0 × 10^-10· mol · L^-1. The method is simple,sensitive and accurate. It has been applied to the determination of Co( Ⅱ ) content in mineral water and VB12 tablet samples with satisfactory results.
