摘　　要：主要运用文献资料法与逻辑学方法,对我国大型公共体育场馆产权制度改革进行深入的研究,研究表明我国大型公共体育场馆产权制度改革应对现代产权制度体系——产权清晰、产权顺畅流动、产权结构的多元化和企业家作用4个方面进行改革;并对公共体育场馆进行科学管理,才能提高公共体育场馆的效益。The thesis is chiefly attempting to analyze how to reform the system of the property rights of largescale public gymnasiums by using documentary and investigation. Based on the information concerned, the analysis shows that, the reform should center on innovating the present system of propertyrights, especially focus on the following four elements： the clarity of property- rights, the free exchange of property - rights, the diverse structures of property - rights and the function of entrepreneurs. Meanwhile the management to gymnasiums should be performed scientifically so that it can help to increase economic profits.
