摘　　要：通过观看新一届中国女排在世界女排大奖赛两个阶段全部比赛,从排球微观技术的视角,观察、分析全队当前技、战术状况,认为需要从训练特别是比赛的实战出发,对新一届女排继续精雕细刻,技、战术串联各环节,强化心理训练,大力挖掘潜力。Through viewing all the two phrases of the competition live broadcast of the World Women＇s Volleyball Grand Prix in the video, we observed and analyzed the present states of the New Chinese Women＇s Volleyball National the team＇s skills and strategies from the perspective of Microscope techniques. We concluded that more practice, especially competitive in real game is needed and we should deliberately study every aspect of the skills and strategies, cultivate the team＇s psychological quality, develop it＇s latent capacity and pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone so as to contribute to the great performance of the New Chinese Women＇s Volleyball National Team.
