摘 要:目的:大强度运动会引起脂质过氧化损伤,采用适宜的干预措施能够提高机体抗氧化能力。实验旨在探讨联合抗氧化剂干预对一次性大强度离心运动后机体总抗氧化能力的影响。方法:①对象和分组:选取2005-10成都体育学院高水平运动队志愿受试运动员16名,年龄18~20岁。随机均衡的分为对照组、实验组,每组8人。星鲨维生素E胶丸为厦门鱼肝油厂生产:维生素C泡腾片为西安利君制药股份有限公司生产:硒维尔片为牡丹江灵泰药业股份有限公司生产:安慰剂由糊精填充入空胶囊制成。②干预:从运动前2周到运动后2d,对照组每天口服安慰剂:实验组每天口服由维生素E(600mg/d)、维生素C(500mg/d)、硒(200μg/d)组成的联合抗氧化剂。两组服药2周后,进行一次性大强度离心跑台运动。③评估:于服药前、运动前、运动后即刻、24h、48h测定受试者血清总抗氧化能力。结果:实验组服药后总抗氧化能力水平即开始升高,高于服药前水平(P〈0.01),运动后实验组各时相均高于对照组(P〈0.01~0.05)。结论:大强度运动后应用联合抗氧化剂能有效提高后机体总抗氧化能力。AIM: High-intensity exercise causes injury of lipid per-oxidation, and appropriate interventions may improve athletes' antioxidant capacity (AOC). This study aimed to discuss the effect of one-off high-intensity centrifugal exercise to the athletes' total AOC by compound antioxidant. METHODS: ①Sixteen athletes aged 18-20 years were enrolled from the high level sports team of Chengdu Physical Education Institute in October 2005. These volunteers were assigned randomly to either trial group or control group, each containing 8. Mustelus vitamin E (VE) soft capsules were produced by Xiamen Cod-liver Oil Factory; VE effervescent tablet was produced by Xi'an Lijun Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd; Selenious Yeast Tablets was produced by Mudanjiang Lingtai Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd; placebo was filled of Alsace gum in capsules.②During two weeks pre- and post-exercise, the controlled cases took placebo everyday; the trial group received oral administration of compound antioxidant, containing VE (600 mg/d), VC (500 mg/d) and Se (200 μ g/d). After 2-week administrations, the subjects conducted a centrifugal strenuous treadmill running.③The serum total AOC of subjects was determined before administration, before exercise, instantly after exercise, 24 and 48 hours after exercise, respectively. RESULTS: After administrating compound antioxidant, the total AOC in the trial group got increasing, significantly than that before administration (P 〈 0.01). After exercise, the total AOC in the trial group was significantly higher than that in control group at each period (P 〈 0.01-0.05). CONCLUSION: The compound antioxidant can increase the total AOC after high-intensity exercise.
