摘　　要：[目的]了解乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性大学生的心理健康状况,为促进学生心理健康教育和心理咨询工作提供依据。[方法]2007年10月,采用心理测量工具对广东海洋大学部分HBsAg阳性新生和毕业班学生进行测评。[结果]人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑3项因子分,新生高于全国常模,毕业生人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性4项因子分均高于全国常模(P<0.05或P<0.01);毕业班学生精神病性因子分高于新生(P<0.01),毕业班HBsAg阳性女生精神病性因子均分高于男生(P<0.05)。[结论]HBsAg阳性大学生存在较多的心理健康问题,毕业班女生精神病性方面的心理问题尤其严重。[Objective]To perfect the project of mental health education and mental consultation for students by knowing the mental health situation of college Students with HBsAg Positive. [Methods]Students of graduating class and freshmen with HBsAg positive in Guangdong Ocean University were measured and appraised in October,2007 with mental testing equipment. [Results]The score of three items of sensitivity, depression, and anxiety, the score are higher in freshman than that the national regular testing. The score of four items of sensitivity, depression, anxiety and was higher in the students of graduating class than that the national regular testing（ P〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. The psychotic factor in students of graduating class was higher than that in the freshman （ P 〈0.01） and it was also higher in HBsAg positive female students of graduating class than that in HBsAg positive male students （ P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion]There are much more problems of mental health in college students with HBsAg Positive, especially HBsAg positive female students of graduating class were more serious.
