摘　　要：[目的]了解村医生结核病相关知识知晓及其培训情况,提出相关政策建议,加强村医生在结核病例发现与管理方面的积极作用。[方法]2007年11月在山东省采用多阶段随机抽样方法,按照人均GDP水平选取样本,对样本乡镇注册村医生1824人进行问卷调查。[结果]共调查1824人(济宁市的邹城市340人、金乡县356人,枣庄市的薛城区189人、台儿庄区272人,滨州市的滨城区345人、无棣县322人),结核病知识知晓率平均为95.61%,其中预防知识为97.42%,发现知识97.37%,管理督导知识91.61%,政策知识96.05%;81.09%的2006年以来接受过结核病防治知识的相关培训,53.51%的认为已有知识可以满足结核病防治工作的需要,80.21%的希望进一步继续接受结核病防治知识的相关培训。[结论]目前村医生的结核病知识知晓率较高,但仍需进一步加强培训才能满足结核病防治工作的需要。[Objective]To well understand the tuberculosis-related knowledge and training among rural village doctors in Shandong province and therefore relevant policy options are advanced to strengthen the role of village doctors in TB case detection and management. [Methods]The sample was randomly chosen by using multiple stage sampling method according to the GDP per capita and the village doctors were interviewed in November 2007 by using structured questionnaire. After data combing and coding, the data was inputted and logically checked, and SS was used to conduct data analysis. [Results]l824 village doctors were investigated, among which there were 340 village doctors investigated in Zoucheng county and 356 in Jinxiang county in Ji＇ning prefecture, 189 village doctors in Xuecheng district and 272 in Taierzhuang district in Zaozhuang prefecture, 345 village doctors in Bincheng district and 322 in Wudi county in Binzhou prefecture. 95.61% village doctors knew TB-related knowledge, 97.42% village doctors know BCG vaccination,97.37 % village doctors know typical symptoms of TB,91.61% know DOTS and 96.05% know free policy for TB diagnosis and treatment. 81.09% had received relevant training and 53.51% thank that their knowledge fit in with the need of their work and 80.21 % village doctors hope to accept further training on TB relevant knowledge, [Conclusion]Although most village doctors know TB related knowledge, TB-related training program should be reinforced to meet TB control program better.
