2000和2006年江阴市麻疹疫苗初免成功率监测

摘　　要：[目的]了解江阴市儿童麻疹疫苗初免效果,为麻疹控制提供依据。[方法]于2000和2006年分别选择澄江、华士、周庄3个接种点的部分儿童进行麻疹疫苗接种,并对其免前、免后血清抗体水平检测。[结果]2000和2006年免疫成功率分别为64.29%和96.97%,免疫前麻疹HI抗体阳性率分别为87.5%、9.09%,GMRT分别为5.12、1.17;免疫后麻疹HI抗体阳性率均为100.00%,GMRT分别为19.26、66.75,2000和2006年免疫前后麻疹HI抗体阳性率、GMRT差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),2000与2006年相比免疫成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]2006年麻疹疫苗免疫效果好于2000年,麻苗初免成功率与免疫前抗体滴度呈负相关,免前母传抗体的存在将严重影响初免效果。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of the infant＇s primary immunization with measles vaccine in Jiangyin, provide the basis for making control policy. [Methods]The level of Serum antibody was tested before and after immunization of the infants with measles vaccine in three vaccination units （Chengjiang Huashi and Zhouzhuang） in 2000 and 2006. [Resuits]The success rate of primary immunization was 64.29%o and 95.97% in 2000 and 2006. Before immunization,the positive rate of the measles HI antibody was 87.5 % and 9.09 %, GMRT was 5.12 and 1.17. While after immunization, the positive rate of the measles HI antibody was all 100% ,GMRT was 19.25 and 55.75. There was a difference of antibody positive rate and GMRT before and after primary immunization in 2000 and 2005 （ P 〈0. 01）. There was a difference of the success rate of immunization in 2000 compared with 2005 （ P〈0.01）, [Conclusion]The immune effect among infants aged 8 month old in 2006 was better than that in 2000,A negative correlation was found between success rate of immunization and the measles antibody titer before immunization, the existence of maternal antibody before immunization would affect the effect of the primary immunization seriously.
