摘　　要：[目的]了解医院工作人员手机污染状况,寻求最佳消毒处理方法。[方法]2007年3月,随机抽取山东省某医院内科医生、外科医生、护士、临床检验人员、行政管理人员各20人,对其使用中的手机进行细菌污染状况检测。[结果]检测100部手机,细菌数(cfu/cm2)消毒前为(811.67±654.36),消毒后为(18.50±17.74),消毒后低于消毒前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]医院工作人员使用的手机细菌污染严重,75%的酒精消毒效果是可靠的。[Objective]To understand the contamination status of personal mobile phone in medical employees in a hospital, seek for the best disinfection method. [Methods]Examination of the bacterial contamination of personal mobile phone among 20 physicians,surgeons, nurses, laboratories for clinical examination and administrative personnel randomly selected respectively was conducted in March, 2007. [Results]Of the 100 mobile phones tested, the number of bacteria was 811.67±654. 36 before disinfection,while it was 18.50±17.74 after disinfection. There was a difference（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The contamination of mobile phones used by medical employees were seriously contaminated. Disinfection with 75% alcohol was effective.
