摘　　要：高职层次航海类专业人才已成为我国航海人力资源的主力军;航海高职院校为打造一支"数量充足、素质优良、结构合理"的船员队伍肩负着重要使命,本文就保证高职航海技术人才培养的质量,提出人才培养规范和质量评估的标准。Advanced maritime technical personnel have become the main force of China's maritime human resources.Maritime vocational and technical colleges have undertakeo the important mission of providing crew teams with sufficient labor quantity,high quality,and rational structure.In this regard,this paper puts forward a definite standard for talents cultivation and quality assessment to guarantee the quality of maritime technical personnel training.
