美国货币监理署的监管经验对我国金融监管制度创新建设的启示

摘　　要：美国货币监理署作为历史悠久的银行监管机构,积累了丰富的监管经验。对该机构的组织安排和业务分工,从八个方面总结了它的成功经验,认为我国的新型金融监管制度要从监管理念、监管体系、监管方法、监管的交流与合作、高素质监管人才的培养五个方面进行创新性建设。OCC is old-line bank supervision and regulation institution and accumulate ample experience. The paper introduced its structure and operation arrangement. Then the paper summed up its successfully experience. The last, the paper thought we must innovated build up our finance supervision and regulation system including the thought ,system, methods, communion and cooperation, fostering high quality speciality person.
