摘  要:依据某厂万吨液压机尺寸,应用有限元软件建立了液压机的分析模型。在液压机系统中提出并定义了耦合刚度的概念。应用实验数据得到了锻件平面度误差与垫板、滑块高度变化关系规律,即:模具高度越大,锻件精度越高;垫板越高,同样也是精度越大,但是精度变化的范围越来越小;并建立了垫板高度和模具高度的2阶响应面数学模型并对其验证。运用这些规律和数学模型,可以更好地以产品的精度作为驱动性能,控制模具、垫板尺寸,进一步提高液压机装备的耦合刚度。We first construct the analysis model of a hydraulic pressure machine, and define the concept of coupling stiffness in the system of hydraulic pressure machine. Through experiment, the relationships between the precision of work piece and the height of dies and plates are determined, that is, the higher the die, the better the work piece's precision, and the same is true with the plate. The predictable model for the work piece precision is established by adopting the modeling method of response surface, and the model is verified to be correct. Based on the above conclusions and the work piece's precision model, the structure of dies and plates can be effectively controlled, and the coupling stiffness of the hydraulic pressure machine is enhanced.
