摘　　要：目录学有目录学与校雠学两个称谓,从刘向刘歆父子的目录学事业以及目录学的学科发展史考察,目录学仍应该称为目录学,以校雠学来称目录学是不恰当的。然而事情并非如此简单,其中还有深层的原因值得我们进一步挖掘。There are two titles about the Bibliography those are The Bibliography and The Title of Criticism. Which is accurate？ In accordence with the undertakings of Liu Xiang and Liu Xin set membership on the Bibligraphy and with the history of the development of the subject, the former is correct and the latter is imprecise
