公共卫生专业开设性与性别相关课程的定性研究

摘  要:目的通过对高校教师、管理人员和学生的访谈,结合复旦大学公共卫生学院《艾滋病健康社会科学》和《同性恋健康社会科学》两门课程的开展,初步探讨在公共卫生专业开设性与性别相关课程的内容和模式。方法采用半结构式访谈的方法,对公共卫生学院的20名教师,20名管理人员和20名听课的学生进行调查。结果教师、管理人员和学生普遍认为在公共卫生专业开设性与性别相关课程是有必要的;在课程的内容上,教师偏重于传授系统的知识,管理人员偏重于教会学生自我保护,而学生则对具体的技巧和避孕方法比较感兴趣;在授课的方式上,教师和管理人员习惯于单方面的讲授,而学生则希望一个自由、互动、具亲和力的氛围。结论开设这样一门课程,课程设计上要考虑学生的需求,策略上要采取渐进式的做法,一步一步的达到目标。Objective To explore the content and mode of creation gender and sexuality related courses in Department of Public Health through visiting of teachers, administrators and students, with the launching of two courses including "AIDS health social science" and "Homosexual health social science" in Public Health School of Fudan University. Methods Semi - structured interviews were conducted arnoug teachers (n = 20), administrators (n = 20) and students (n = 20) from Public Health School. Results Findings showed that most teachers, administrators and students generally agreed that the creation gender and sexuality related courses were necessary. In respect of the course contents, teachers emphasized on imparting systemic knowledge, administrators emphasized on student's self-protection, and students were more interested in specific skills and methods of contraception. In the way of instruction, teachers and administrators accustomed to unilateral lectures, and students wanted to have an atmosphere with free, interaction and affinity. Based on the sensitivity of gender and sexuality, we need to maintain a low profile in the process, and take a gradual approach to achieve objectives Step-by-step. Conclusion Creating such a curriculum, we must pay attention to the needs of the students, and achieve this goal by gradual strategies step-by-step.
