摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查、结构化访谈等方法对51名高校图书馆中青年馆员职业高原现状进行研究分析,并在此基础上提出运用"浑沌理论"应对中青年馆员高原现象的可行性。This paper adopts questionnaire survey, structural interview and other methods to study and analyse the actuality of plateau phenomenon of 51 young and middle - aged librarians in university libraries, and brings forward the practicability to deal with the above plateau phenomenon with the chaos theory.
