依托必利经胃管注药促进腹部手术后胃肠功能早期恢复的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨依托必利对促进腹部手术后胃肠功能早期恢复的作用。方法:将300例病人随机分为研究组和对照组1和对照组2,于手术后第12h开始,研究组病例经胃管注入依托必利10mg生理盐水溶解液,然后夹闭胃管30m in,此后每8h重复注入一次,直到胃肠功能恢复;对照组1病人于相同时间经胃管注入胃复安、吗丁啉;对照组2则不给药。结果:研究组经胃管注入依托必利后,胃肠功能的恢复时间较对照组明显提前(P<0.05)。结论:依托必利经胃管给药可以使腹部手术后胃肠功能的恢复时间明显提前。Objective：To study the effect of itopride on forepart gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal operation. Method： 300 patients were divided randomly into three groups, the first control group, the second control group and the experimental group. Experiments were started at 12th hour after operation. The patients in experiments group were given 10mg itopride by gastric tube influx and repeated the dose following 8 hours until gastrointestinal function recovery. The patients in the first control group were given meto-clopramide and motilium by gastric tube influx. The patients in the second control group were given nothing. Result： The time about gastrointestinal function recovery in experimental groups was much shorter than that in control group （ P〈 0.05）, Conclusion： hopride can make forepart gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal operation effectively.
