中药治疗药物流产后阴道流血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药汤剂对药物流产后阴道出血情况的影响。方法:选择2006年1月至2007年12月自愿要求药物流产的早孕妇女随机分为治疗组100例,对照组100例,服药方法为2d服用米非司酮总量150mg,d3晨6点服米索前列醇600μg,应用米索前列醇后6h观察排出物并记录出血量。孕囊排出后,观察组开始服中药汤剂,每天1剂,煎好后分3次服,连服5d,对照组每次服益母草膏15g,3次/d,连服5d。结果:阴道出血量及出血持续时间,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂可减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To study the effect of Chinese herb decoction on colporrhagic caused by drug abor- tion. Method： All the pregnancy woman were divided into treatment group （100 cases） and control group （ 100 cases） randomly, who were underwent drug abortion from Jan. 2006 to Dec. 2007. The woman in treatment group took mifepfistone 150mg in the first two days. On the third day, they were given misoprostol 600μg, then observed the ejecta and recorded the blood loss after 6 hours taking misoprostol. After the gesta- tional sac were taken out. The woman in observing group took chinese herb decoction once a day for 5 days. They were took Yimucao mixture 15g three times a day for 5 days. Result： The blood loss of colporrhagia and lasted time in treatment group was superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The chi- nese herb decoction can reduce the bleeding of vaginal after durg abortion, shortern the time of bleeding of vaginal.
