摘　　要：在网络信息时代,许可证已经成为当代图书馆获取电子信息资源的主要方式。本文首先简要介绍了许可证在图书馆出现的背景和许可证合同的基本内容,然后详细讨论了美国、英国等国家关于图书馆信息资源许可使用的研究概况,包括LIBLISENSE、ECUP+等研究项目,许可证原则声明和PA/JISC、Licensing models等许可证模版。In this digital age, licensing has become a main way for modem libraries to access electronic resources. This paper begins with a brief introduction about the background and the basic content of a license in library, and then discusses in detail about the advances of library license in United States, Britain and other countries, including some projects such as LIBLISENSE and ECUP ＋ , principles and statements, and licerise models such as PA/JISC and Licensing models.
