摘　　要：创建出多涡旋齿的圆渐开线—圆弧组合型线,研究了单涡旋齿、双涡旋齿和三涡旋圆渐开线—圆弧组合型线的齿形特点、生成规律和齿形参数间的关系,得出了圆弧作为单涡旋齿及任意齿数的多涡旋齿啮合型线的条件,形成了多涡旋齿圆弧组合型线的通用理论。所提出的圆弧组合型线不但能实现正确啮合,而且对于丰富多涡旋齿型线类型和促进多齿涡旋压缩机的发展具有重要意义。The combination profile of circle involute and arc for multi-wrap scroll compressor is estabilshed. The characteristics of wrap, the law of generation and the relationship of wrap parameters of the proposed combination profiles for single wrap, twinwrap and 3-wrap are studied, and the conditions of arc being used for meshing profile for multi-wrap with random wrap number are obtained. The general theory of arc combination profile for multi-wrap is formed. The proposed arc combination profile not only can realize meshing correctly, but also enrich the types of multi-wrap profile and promote the development of multi-wrap scroll compressor.
