摘　　要：研究目的在于综合定性和定量方法建立学术网站评价指标体系。结合学术网站自身的特点,采用网上特尔菲法进行专家调查以确定学术网站评价的各项指标,并利用基于指数标度的层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重,从而构建了科学、合理的学术网站评价指标体系。在此基础上,选择若干学术网站作为评价对象,进行实证分析。最后,结合本次评价研究的结果和学术网站的发展趋势,为学术网站的建设提出了若干建议。This paper aims at building up an evaluation criteria system for academic websites by qualitative and quantitative methods. According to the features of academic websites, it tries to establish a set of scientific and rational evaluation criteria system for academic websites by Delphi Method on the web, and by calculating the weights of these evaluation criteria with Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） based on exponential scale. It also selects several academic websites as the subjects, using the same method to do an empirical analysis based on this criteria system. Lastly, combining the research results with the development trends of academic websites, it provides some advice for the architecture of academic websites.
