摘　　要：基于美国"虚拟参考咨询台协会"质量评价标准与CSDL的分布式数字参考咨询系统服务评价指标体系异同分析,提出一些完善措施,以期对不同的数字参考咨询服务质量评价指标体系的制定起到一定的参考价值。Based on the previous assessment index, sumnmry of VRD comparison of the United States and highlighted the Digital Reference Service Quality Index System and the Distributed Digital Reference Department CSDL Unification service evaluation index system differences, some remedial measures with a view to the digital reference service in the formulation of quality evaluation system useful as a reference value.
