摘  要:采用有限元分析方法对冰和某型高温相变材料蓄冷球进行了蓄释冷过程模拟仿真,探讨了两种材料蓄冷球在蓄冷和释冷过程中蓄冷量和蓄释冷时间的变化规律,并对两种材料的蓄释冷性能进行了分析比较。研究表明:高温相变材料蓄冷周期短、蓄冷量大,制冷机组节能效果好,能较好地满足潜艇蓄冷空调要求,有利于提高潜艇的隐蔽性和水下续航力。An ANSYS program was used for numerical simulation of ice storage ball and a kind of high temperature phasechange cooling storage ball in cooling storage and melting processes. The cooling storage capacity, cooling storage and melting duration of the two materials were obtained in cooling storage and melting processes. The cooling storage and melting performances of the two materials were compared. The result of the research is shown that the high temperature phase-change material has shorter cooling storage cycle and larger cooling-storage capacity, chillers performance well in energy saving, and the material is satisfied the request of submarine cooling storage air conditioning, it can be benefit to improve marine's stealth and sailing endurance underwater.
