竞争情报活动中人际网络构建的一般模型与聚类分析

摘　　要：根据竞争情报和人际网络的概念,分析了竞争情报活动中人际情报网络构建的影响因素,依据人际情报网络构建的主要流程,提出了基于企业业务职能的人际情报网络构建的一般模型。并且通过设计调查问卷进行了实际调查,使用聚类分析方法对调查结果进行统计,最后对聚类的结果进行了分析。Basing on the concept of Competitive Intelligence and Human Network, and the factors of the influence of Human Intelligence Network in the activity of Competitive Intelligence are analyzed, rFnen, according to the primary procedure of Human Intelligence Network, the commonly model of Human Intelligence Network based on the operational function in enterprises is proposed. Besides the questionnaire is designed and through practice survey, the paper uses the methods of cluster analysis in dealing with the results of the survey. Finally, the results of the cluster analysis are analyzed.
