摘　　要：社会科学成果评价一直是学者关注的焦点,也是科研管理长期存在的难点问题。从社会科学研究成果三种主要的表现形式——学术论文、学术著作、研究报告的评价指标体系出发,建立一系列相关指标来全面衡量社会科学研究成果水平,是我国当前科研管理者需要深入探讨的一个重要的理论和实践问题。The evaluation of social scientific achievements has been a focus attended to by scholars. It＇s also a crux problem of research management for a long time. This paper emphasizes how to construct the index system of evaluation on essays, academic works and research papers, which is the main manifestation of social scientific research achievement. In this essay, we endeavor to make a comprehensive.measurement on social scientific research achievement and propose the innovation and significance of research work.
