摘 要:目的探讨钙调蛋白在氟中毒大鼠肝组织中的表达及意义。方法在饮水中加入氟化钠进行大鼠染毒试验,3个月后采用免疫组化技术及RT-PCR技术检测大鼠肝脏中钙调蛋白(CaM)的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,染氟浓度为25mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L组大鼠肝脏CaM mRNA及蛋白表达水平均增高,并随染氟浓度的增加,表达增强。结论氟可以导致大鼠肝脏CaM mRNA及蛋白表达水平增强。Objective To investigate the meaning of calmodulin in hepatocytes of rats with fluorosis. Methods Experimental Wistar rats were exposed to sodium fluoride (NaF) added to drinking water. Expression of both mRNA and protein of calmodulin in rat liver tissue were determined by RT - PCR and immunohistochemistry after three - month experimental period. Results The results showed that the expression of calmodulin mRNA and protein in those groups treated with fluoride ( concen-trations of 25 mg/L,50 mg/L and 100 mg/L) were increased. And the higher the concentration was, the higher the expression level was. Conclusions Fluoride can lead to the high expression of calmodulin mRNA and protein in the rat liver tissue exposed to sodium fluoride.
