摘　　要：阐述了核心期刊的发展简史,及核心期刊和权威期刊的制定与利弊得失,探讨了文科论文的学术评价问题。This paper daborated on the brief development history of core journals and how to set up core jour-rials and authoritative journals, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. This paper also discussed the academic evaluation problems of dissertations of liberal arts.
