摘　　要：总结河南高校图书馆在"需求优先、试用平价、自愿参加、平等互利、共建共享、扶持高职高专"等6项基本原则指导下,开展电子资源集团采购的实践和取得的效益。针对集团采购可持续发展,提出"加强集团采购的领导、强化牵头馆的核心作用、强化自我法律保护措施、建立信守协议的保证机制、建立宣传培训的长效机制、建立售后服务监督评价机制"等具体措施与对策。This article summarized the practice and efficiency of the consortium acquisition for electronic resources of Henan university libraries, which guided by 6 basic principles of demand priority, parity on trial, voluntary participation, equality and mutual benefits, co- construction and sharing, support for higher vocational schools. Aiming at the sustainable development of consortium acquisition, we should strengthen the leadership of the consortium acquisition, reinforce the core role of the leading library, promote measures of legal self- protection, set up assurance mechanism of credit agreement, construct long-term mechanism of propaganda and training, establish supervision and evaluation mechanism of after-sale service, such concrete measures and strategies were put forward in the paper.
