论现代公民社会兴盛的社会资本基础

摘　　要：社会资本是现代公民社会兴盛的基础。社会资本在现代公民社会兴盛的过程中起着基础性的作用,即社会资本直接地促进现代公民社会的形成、维系与繁荣,社会资本通过推动市场经济的发展间接地促进现代公民社会的发展与繁荣。我们的研究是对以往公民社会研究中忽视"文化因素"这一偏差的一种纠正,无疑将开拓公民社会研究的视野,推进公民社会的研究与理论建构,同时也将为当代中国"社会主义公民社会"的建设与发展提供有益的启示。Social capital is the base of the modern civil society's rise and prosperity.Social capital has played a fundamental role in the course of the modern civil society's rise and prosperity,namely,it advanced the formation,the maintaining and the prosperity of the modern civil society directly,and promoted the development and prosperity of the modern civil society indirectly through impelling the development of the market economy.Our research intends to advance the research and theoretical construction of the civil society,at the same time,it will offer the instructive inspiration for the construction and development of 'the socialist civil society' in contemporary China.
