摘　　要：针对某载货汽车遮阳罩产品出现的质量问题,利用模流分析方法对遮阳罩产品的结构成型性进行了模拟分析,找出了产生缺陷的原因,提出了产品结构优化方案。通过对不同结构优化方案的模拟分析、使用材料的合理性分析及成型后产品试验,确定了该遮阳罩产品的结构和材料,达到了减重降耗、降低成本、提高产品质量的目标。To solve the quality problems of a truck sun visor,we analyzed the structure moldability, of sun visor by using model and flow analysis method,the reasons of defect are found and the schemes of structure optimization are presented.Through the analog analysis of different structure optimization schemes,reasonability analysis of material used and product tests,the structure and material of sun visor are determined,which decrease weight and cost of the sun visor, and improve the product quality.
