摘  要:分析设计了170 t电动轮矿用汽车桥壳的结构,采用Pro/E进行三维建模,并用ANSYS软件进行了工况分析计算,计算结果显示后桥壳的应力分布满足强度和刚度要求;在不断地进行改进后,减轻了桥壳重量即簧载质量,提高了汽车的行驶平顺性,并节省了制造成本。The structure of axle housing of 170- tone electric wheel dumping truck was analyzed and designed. Firstly, the three - dimension model was established by Pro/E, then, different work conditions were analyzed by means of ANSYS. Results reveal that the stress distribution of welding axle housing can meet the need of strength and stiffness , moreover, after constant modification , the unsprung weight is reduced greatly and the ride comfort is improved obviously, at the same time , the manufacturing cost are saved.
