摘　　要：分析了现有的润滑脂泵的结构及其工作原理,现有的润滑脂泵普遍存在可靠性低,容积效率低等缺点,不能可靠地输送润滑脂。故研制了高压润滑脂泵,该润滑脂泵可靠性高、容积效率高、便于加工、压力高,能很好地输送润滑脂,且已经在矿井提升机的润滑中广泛使用。Analyses the structure and the working principle of existing grease pump. The existing grease pump has bad reliability and cubage efficiency. So the existing grease pump can＇t transport grease. In this situation, the high - pressure grease pump was researched. The grease pump has excellent reliability and cubage efficiency. And the grease pump can manufacture easily and has high pressure. So the grease pump can transport grease easily. And the pump was used widely in the lubrication of elevator.
