摘　　要：生态学方法为我们研究政府发展提供了更有解释力的视角,任何政府系统说到底,都是由政府主体构成的有生命的整体。政府作为一种"成长"的存在,必须注重与社会的适应性、主体的自觉性和自身能力的限度性。一个持续成长的政府必然是与社会生态相适应的"生态型政府"。政府可以主动地、创造性地适应社会而构建"永续性"。The ecological view has given more interpreting in the research of government＇s development. Any governmental system, to tell the truth, works as a whole. As an existence of ＂growth＂, government must value the social adaptability, subjective self - consciousness and the limit of self - ability. A growing government must be an＂ecological government＂corresponding with the social ecology. A government may adapt itself to the society to keep the＂continuity＇forwardly and creatively.
