摘 要:时域有限差分(FDTD)方法是计算时域电磁散射和辐射的一种简单有效的方法,仅通过一次运算就可得到系统的宽频带信息,因此被广泛应用于求解电磁场问题.但在使用FDTD计算和仿真电磁波在色散媒质中传播特性的时候,由于介电参数的复杂性,往往给计算带来一些困难,因此将Z变换理论应用到色散媒质中的FDTD计算当中,对麦克斯韦方程做了修改,使得FDTD计算式独立于色散媒质函数,并给出色散媒质中与频率有关的FDTD表达式,仿真了二维情况下电磁波在自由空间和色散媒质中的传播.此方法具有计算量小、实现简单等优点.Abstract:Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is a simple and effective method for calculating the disper- sion and radiation of electromagnetic wave in time domain. It can get the wide frequency band information of the system by one single calculation, so it is widely used in solving the problem related to electromagnetic field. But in the process of calculating the transmission property of electromagnetic wave in the dispersive medium, because of the complexity of the dielectric parameter, the calculation becomes difficult. So Z transform is applied to the FDTD method in the dispersive medium, in which Maxwell's equations are modified to make the FDTD expression be independent of the medium function. The frequency-dependent expressions of FDTD in the dispersive medium are given. The simulation is conducted for the transmission of electromagnetic wave in free space and dispersive medium in two dimensional situation. This method decreases the calculated amount of FDTD, and it is easily realized.
