摘　　要：走向生态自然观的医院建筑环境不仅可以满足人们生理上的需求,还可通过促进其心理和精神的舒适度从而达到促进康复治疗的目的。该文从"循证设计"的观点出发,分析了医院建筑环境中促进患者康复和医院使用者健康的自然概念和自然要素,提出体现我国地域性的循证设计观点。从生态自然观的角度提出了医院建筑结合自然的可持续性设计方法和策略,为医院建筑环境的可持续性发展提供理论依据和设计框架。Hospital environment towards ecological nature not only meets people＇s physical requirement but also improves their psychological and spiritual comfort so as to accelerate healing. This article analyzes the nature concept and factors which are propitious to patients healing and other users＇ health from the view of ＂Evidence-based Design＂ （EBD）, puts forward that EBD embodies Chinese regions, and proposes methods and strategies of sustainable design combining buildings with nature, so as to provide theory gist and design frame for the sustainable development of hospital environment.
