现代医院环境设计新探索——对“艺术治疗学”的借鉴

摘　　要：随着社会的发展和我国人口结构老龄化的到来,医院的服务范围不断扩大,现代医院的功能已从单纯的医治病患发展到融医治、科研教学、康复疗养、保健等功能于一体。为了适应医院功能的多元化,医院建筑和医院环境设计应当不断探索和发展新的设计理念。艺术治疗就是以艺术形象作为媒介进行心理治疗。它运用的是视觉形象,通过利用患者、治疗师和艺术形象在时间和空间意义上形成的感知,帮助患者深入自己的潜意识,激发潜意识的积极创造性,帮助病人建立自信心,达到治疗或帮助治疗的效果。在医院建筑设计、医院环境设计中引入艺术治疗具备很好的参考借鉴价值。As society is developing and aging popu expanding gradually, the function of modern hosp ation structure is coming in China, service scope of hospital are tal has developed from simplex treatment into combination of curing, scientific research and teaching, recuperation, health care, etc. In order to adapt to divers functions of hospital, new design concept of hospital buildings and environments should be constantly explored and developed. Art therapy takes artistic image as a medium for psychological treatment. It uses visual image, and helps patients go deep into their own subconscious, inspire subconscious positive creativity, build their confidence through the perception of patients, therapists and artistic image on sense of time and space, so as to achieve or improve treatment effect. It is valuable for reference to introduce art therapy to the design of hospital architecture and environment.
