摘 要:采用EPTAC(缩水甘油三甲基氯化铵)与HBP-NH2(端氨基超支化合物),自制端氨基超支化合物季铵盐(HBP-HTC)改性剂,并对棉织物进行阳离子改性。研究了HBP-HTC中季铵盐质量摩尔浓度、HBP-HTC溶液浓度、浸渍时间和温度等因素对改性棉织物活性染料无盐染色性能的影响,得到适合的改性工艺条件:EPTAC∶HBP-NH2=2∶1;用4g/LHBP-HTC的溶液于常温下浸渍处理30min,然后洗净。测试结果表明,改性棉织物采用活性染料无盐染色,可获得与未改性棉织物常规染色相当的K/S值和染色牢度。In order to achieve salt-free dyeing with reactive dyes, a self-made quaternary ammonium salt of amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer (HBP-HTC) was applied to modify cotton fabric. The influencing factors, such as the molar concentration of the quaternary ammonium salts of the HBP-HTC, the concentration of the HBP-HTC aqueous solution, treating temperature and time were discussed. As a result, the optimum processing conditions were defined as follows: 4 g/L HBP-HTC a- queous solution prepared with feed weight ratio m( EPTAC): m( HBP-NH2 ) =2 : 1 for 30 minutes at room temperature, and then rinsed with tap water. The modified dyeings had similar K/S value and fastness compared to those of the conventional dyeings, even no salt was added to the dye bath in modified fabric dyeing,
