摘  要:目的探讨定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患儿左心室非同步运动与左室做功指数Tei指数的关系。方法正常小儿40例,CHF患儿30例,QTVI状态下测量左室整体非同步收缩和舒张指标(Max—△Ts和Max—△Te);TDI条件下,计算左室后间隔、侧壁、前壁和下壁二尖瓣环4个位点的Tei指数,取其均值(Tei)。结果CHF组Max—△Ts和Max—△Te较正常组明显延长(P〈0.01)。Max—△Ts与Tei指数正相关(r=0.58,P〈0.01),Max—△Te与Tei指数不相关。结论CHF患儿左心室存在明显的非同步运动,且收缩非同步运动与左室做功指数关系密切。Objective To evaluate the correlation between left ventricular asynchrony and Tei index in children patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) by quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI). Methods Forty normal children and 30 children with CHF were studied. The asynchronous systolic and diastolic index of the whole left ventricle ( Max - △ Ts and Max - △ Te) were measured by QTVI. Tel index of four points of left venticle were calculated by Doppler tissue imaging (DTI). Results Max - △ Ts and Max - △Te in CHF group were significantly prolonged compared with control group. In CHF group, Max - △Ts was positively correlated with Tel index( r =0.58, P 〈0.01 ), but there was no correlation between Max - △Te and Tel index. Conclusion The asynehronieity exists obviously in children with CHF and the asynchronous systole is correlated with the Tel index of LV.
