摘　　要：文章在分析新疆水资源现状、国内外各产业用水结构及经济效益比较的基础上,提出加快新疆产业结构调整的必要性。在保障生态用水的基本前提下,通过水资源在产业之间、产业内部的合理配置,调整区域产业结构布局,实现产业经济效益和水资源利用效益最大化。Based on the analysis of the current situation of water resources in Xinjiang and the comparison between water utilization structure and economic efficiency of different industries both at home and abroad, the paper puts forward the necessity of the industrial structural adjustment in Xinjiang. It argues that on the premise of ensuring ecological water utility, water resources should be allocated reasonably among different industries and within an industry, and regional industrial structure should be adjusted to realize the maximization of efficiency of industrial economy and water resource utility.
