摘　　要：农村综合服务体系是适应农民生产、生活社会化、市场化趋势而逐渐形成的;在信息化条件下,加快用现代信息技术改造、提升传统农村综合服务体系,是增强我国农业综合竞争力,应对农业竞争全球化挑战的迫切需要。本文对信息化条件下,依托信息网络平台改革传统服务组织、服务方式,拓展服务内容、搞活服务机制,建立起服务于"三农"发展的现代新型服务业进行了探讨。In order to adapt socialization and marketization of peasants＇ production and life, rural comprehensive service system comes into being gradually. Under informationize circumstances, strengthening agricultural comprehensive competitive ability and meeting the global challenge of agricultural competition are in great need to innovate and elevate traditional rural comprehensive service system with modem information technology. The article is to research that how to reform traditional service organization and service means, enlarge service content, enliven service mechanism and build modem service industry on the platform of information network.
