摘　　要："十五"以来,内蒙古经济增速连续居于全国前列,人均GDP已超过全国平均水平,但出现了与可持续发展不和谐的发展趋势。本文分析了内蒙古经济发展中存在的问题,以及经济发展与生态环境特别是草原生态环境的矛盾,并对造成内蒙古草原生态环境恶化的原因进行了系统分析,提出了建立和完善草原生态补偿机制、加大中央政府转移支付力度等方面的解决对策。The economic growth in Inner Mongolia has lied in forefront in all of the country since ＂the tenth five-year plan＂. And the per capital GDP has been more than the country＇s average level. But there is disharmony with the trend of development. This paper analyzed the existing problems in the economic development of Inner Mongolia, and studied the contradictions between economic development and ecological environment in particular grassland ecological environment. It analyzed the reasons for the deterioration of the ecological environment in Inner Mongolia. And it Proposed the Solutions, such as the establishing and improving of the grassland ecological compensation mechanism and increasing transfer payments from the central government.
