摘　　要：结合PTT纤维的优良性能,开发PTT氨纶汗布,从织造的角度详细阐述布面易产生横条疵点的解决方法,并介绍了成品面料的染整工艺参数。该面料具有柔软舒适的手感、良好的弹性回复性能和尺寸稳定性,适宜制作高品质健身服和瑜珈服。This paper introduces the knitting technology of the polyurethane single jersey taking the advantage of the good properties of PTT fiber, analyzes in detail the methods of resolution about the easily occurred horizontal stripes in terms of knitting itself, and presents the technological parameters in dyeing of the PTT end products. The developed fabric bears soft and comfortable hand, good elastic recovery and size stability, which is suitable for the production of high quality bodysuits and yoga sportswear.
