摘　　要：自主、创新是现代社会的显著特征。对大学生进行自我管理不仅与其成长、成才的需要相吻合,与高校教育目标和法律规定相一致,而且与现代社会发展的现实需求相契合。大学生自我管理模式的架构分为目标管理即纵向模块,行为管理即横向模块,以及评价模块三大板块,从外部保障和内部落实两个角度探讨了大学生自我管理模式的实施,以确保大学生自我管理价值的真正实现。Self-decision and innovation are the obvious features of the modern society. College students＇ self-management accords with the grow-up of college students, the goal of higher education, the stipulation of the law and the need of modern society. The article divides the frame of the college students＇ self-management pattern into three parts. They are goal management, behavior management and evaluation management. The pattern must be put into effect from inner and outer sides in order to realize the true value of college students＇ self-management.
