摘　　要：从第二次国民体质监测报告着手,指出我国国民体质监测没有考虑地理环境因素的不足,提出建立体质—环境和谐指数,并建议引入地理信息系统技术,来辅助建立和完善国民体质评估模型。The main purpose is to put forward Physiques- Environment Harmony Index to remedy the defect of the present index system, which does not consider the geographic environment. The technique of the Geographic Information System has been recommended to be applied to modify the assessment model of the citizen＇s physiques in this article.
