摘　　要：介绍了一种用图像处理技术实现模拟指针表的自动识别来代替人工识别的方法.首先对采集的图像进行二值化和预处理;接着对图像实施Hough变换找出图中最长的直线即指针;以及指针表指针的两个端点在图像中的坐标,根据坐标求出指针指示示数对应值的范围;然后在指针端点附近提取一个小矩形;并在该矩形范围内采用了投影法确定出指针式仪表的具体读数.该方法很好地解决了实际应用中有关模拟指针表的检定自动化问题.A novel method using image processing technolog for analog pointer meter automatic recognition is introduced to replace the artificial recognition method. Firstly, the image can be converted into binary image and can be preprocessed firstly. The longest straight line, which is the pointer in this meter image, can be found by Hough transformation algorithm. Then the coordinates of two endpoints of the pointer can be indicated. According to these coordinates, the scope of the corresponding value which are indicated by the pointer, can be calculated. After that, a small rectangle at the vicinity of pointer is extracted and the projection method is used to determine the pointer value. This method can solve the automatic verification problem in practical application perfectly.
