摘 要:为解决平面涡流分级机中存在的磨损现象,利用CFD软件对该设备导流部分、密封部分和转子部分进行数值分析.其中,导流部分采用了RSM湍流模型;RNGk-ε湍流模型与DPM模型在密封部分和转子部分被使用.模拟发现,适当增加一次风量和导风叶片数可有效降低导流部分磨损率;随着转速增加或分级粒径增大,气动密封装置外圈磨损总量加剧,同时,其余壁面磨损总量减少;磨损"热点"存在于二次风口导风叶片处、密封槽外圈和异形转子叶片入口后弯处.实际工程中,通过在以上区域粘贴工程陶瓷片或加厚耐磨钢板,可保证分级机长期有效运行.To alleviate an excessive erosion damage resulted from solid particles in plane vortex classifier, CFD code is undertaken to numerically investigate flow-guide structure, pneumaticsealed device and special-shape blades. The RSM turbulent model is used at the area of flow-guide structure and RNGk-ε turbulent model, DPM model are applied in the places of pneumatic-sealed device,special-shape blades. The simulation results show that increasing the air volume into first inlet and the number of guide vanes appropriately, the erosion rate can effectively reduced. With the increasing of rotating speed and particle size, the wearing condition of outer ring of seal groove becomes severe. But the wear of rest walls is relieved. The results also demonstrate that the guide vanes close to first inlet,the outer ring of seal groove and the backward-curving part of special-shape are the "erosion hot spot". In engineering practice, the adhering wear-resistance ceramic chip or thicken wear-resistance steel plate to these zones can guarantee the classifier to be durable.
