摘  要:在常规制备水性内墙涂料的基础上,采用玻璃砂高速分散法,研究了纳米CaCO3/聚乙烯醇内墙涂料的制备工艺条件,分析了聚乙烯醇、纳米CaCO3及钛酸酯偶联剂的用量对涂料性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜分析了涂料的微观结构。研究结果表明,原料最佳用量为PVA12g,纳米CaCO34g,钛酸酯偶联剂0.4g,加入纳米CaCO3改性聚乙烯醇水性内墙涂料的耐洗刷和抗老化等性能得到提高。The high speed dispersion method with the glass particles was applied to study the processing conditions of the wall coating of nano-CaCO3/PVA, based on normal preparation method. The effect of the quantity of nano-CaCO3 and PVA and the coupling agents on the coating performance was studied. The microstructure of the coating was analysed by SEM. The result showed that the best conditions are as follows:PVA is 12 g,nano CaCO3 is 4 g,titanate coupling agent is 0. 4 g. The addition of nano-CaCO3 can make scrubbing and wearing resistance get better.
