摘  要:元坝1井是中国石化在川东北地区元坝区块的一口区域重点探井,完钻井深7170.71 m,完钻层位为上二叠统长兴组。该井侧钻后对飞仙关组地层酸压测试获得50×104m3/d的产气量,标志着元坝区块油气勘探取得重大突破。该井在钻井过程中存在地层易漏失、陆相地层可钻性差、地层压力预测及检测准确性差、钻井周期长、气层中富含H2S(井控工作压力大)等技术难题,为此,该井采用了以ф273.1 mm套管为主要技术套管的井身结构,应用了气体钻井技术和复合钻井技术来提高机械钻速,优选及研制了适用地层特性的钻头及聚合物磺化防塌钻井液体系,确保了该井顺利钻至设计井深。详细介绍了该井工程设计、现场施工及钻井新技术的应用效果。元坝1井的成功,对于加快南方海相地区钻井速度、提高勘探成功率,将起到重要的指导和借鉴作用。The designed depth of Well Yuanba-1, a key exploration well in Northeast Sichuan area by Sinopec, is 7170.71 m in Permian Period Changxing Section. After sidetrack and with acid fracturing, a 50 ×10^4 m^3/d of gas rate was obtained in Feixianguan formation, which indicates the great breakthrough in gas exploration in Yuanba block. The challenges encountered during drilling includes lost circulation, bad drillability of terrestrial formation, poor formation pressure prediction and monitoring, long well drilling period, large amount of H2S contained in gas zones, etc. Therefore, the φ273.1 mm casing string was used as the main intermediate casing string. The gas drilling and compound drilling technologies to increase pen- etration rate, and optimized bits and polymer sulphonating drilling fluids fit for formation ensured the well to the designed depth. This paper introduced the well design, in-situ operations, and applications of novel technologies. The success of Well Yuanba-1 provides a significant guidance for increasing drilling speed in the Southern marine formations and for improving exploration success ratio.
