摘 要:目的探讨实验室内进行磁性细菌分离、培养的方法和在卫生检验中的应用模式。方法淤泥标本中的磁性细菌菌株使用电磁诱导的方法采取。调节磁性细菌培养液中的各种成分,调查磁性细菌MB1株在培养液中的生长状况。使用磁性细菌由来的生物纳米磁珠,制成沙门菌免疫磁珠,对混杂在其他细菌混合液中的低浓度肠炎沙门菌进行捕获及快速分离。结果磁性细菌MB1株培养时受多种因素的影响,其中重要的因素是Fe3+浓度、SO42-浓度及培养液的溶解氧浓度。使用免疫磁珠,可以对混杂在其他细菌混合液中的浓度约1cfu/ml的肠炎沙门菌进行捕获及快速分离。结论磁性细菌的分离和培养要在实验室内常规条件下进行。以磁性细菌由来的生物纳米磁珠为载体,可对低浓度目标病原菌进行快速的磁捕获与分离。Objective To explore the methods of the separation and cultivation and the models of application in hygiene inspection of magnetic bacteria in laboratory. Methods Electromagnetically induced method was used to obtain malefic bacteria swain from silt specimen. By regulating the components of the magnetic bacteria nutrient fluid, the growth of magnetic bacteria MB1 strain was investigated. Nano-sized biogenic magnetic particles extracted from magnetic bacteria were used to make immune magnetic particles of .salmonellae, for capturing and rapid separating low-concentration salmonella enteritis mingled with other bacteria suspending liquid. Results The cultivation of magnetic bacteria MB1 strain was influenced by all kinds of factors, the important factors were the concentration of Fe^3+, SC4^2- and dissolved oxygen. Used the immune magnetic particles, can capture and rapid separate about lcfu/ml salmonella enteritis mingled with other bacteria suspending liquid. Condusions The separation and cultivation of magnetic bacteria can be conducted under the common condition in laboratory. Nano-sized biogenic magnetic particles can be used as carrier, to capture and separate low-concentration bacteria quickly.
