摘 要:研究了硅和根茬腐解液对豇豆耐连作障碍品种"ZN016"和不耐连作障碍品种之豇282种子萌发、幼苗生长和叶片中抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明,根茬腐解液明显抑制两个品种种子的萌发、胚根和幼苗生长。根茬腐解液胁迫明显提高叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,降低抗坏血酸(AsA)含量;外源加硅可明显提高上述酶活性和AsA含量,降低MDA含量。在无根茬腐解液胁迫时,硅对上述指标无明显影响。The effects of silicon and decomposed liquids from asparagus bean stubs (DLABS) on the seed germinating, seedling growth and antioxidant system in the leaves of Vigna unguiculata W. ssp. sesquipedlis for both of tolerant cultivar ‘ZN016' and susceptible cultivar Zhijiang 282 were studied. The results showed that DLABS inhibited the seed germination, radicle and plant growth of these two cultivars. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were increased, and the content of ascorbic acid (AsA) was decreased under DLABS stress. Silicon can significantly promote the activities of antioxidant enzymes, increase the content of AsA, and decrease the content of MDA. Whereas, silicon has no effect on enzyme activities, the content of AsA and MDA without DLABS stress.
