手部腱鞘巨细胞瘤43例治疗总结及文献回顾

摘　　要：目的总结手部腱鞘巨细胞瘤的临床特点和治疗结果,并对相关文献进行复习。方法1996年6月—2005年10月共收治43例手指腱鞘巨细胞瘤患者,均行手术切除。随访1.5～8年,平均58个月。结果43例患者中有9例复发,复发率20.9%,其中7例于术后6个月内,2例于术后12个月内复发。7例术后指间关节轻度屈曲畸形,2例术后手指感觉麻木,没有出现皮肤坏死和恶变。结论腱鞘巨细胞瘤是通常是一种手部良性软组织肿瘤,有一定的复发率,完整切除肿瘤是防止肿瘤复发的关键。Objective Giant cell tumors of tendon sheath （GCTFS） localized in hand were retrospectively reviewed with clinical features and treatment results. Methods Forty three cases giant cell tumors of tendon sheath of fingers were undergone surgery from June 1996 to October 2005, with the mean follow-up period of 58 months （from 18 months to 8 years）. Results Nine cases showed recurrence,the rate of the recurrence being 20.9%, among which 7 cases recurred in 6 months and 2 in 12 months after operation. There were 7 cases of stiffness in interphalangeal joint, and 2 cases of numbness of the pulp postoperatively. No skin necrosis and malignant tumors were found. Condusion GCTTS is generally a kind of benign soft tissue tumor which has some recurrence rate. Integral excision is mandatory to avoid the recurrence.
