摘 要:运用试验对比分析SBS改性沥青及Bonifiber纤维对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。首先对SBS改性沥青、70^#普通沥青的性能进行对比检测,采用35、50、60℃下的动态剪切试验并以车辙因子G^*/sinδ评价沥青的抗永久变形能力。进行了70^#沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料、掺加纤维的70^#沥青混合料和掺加纤维的SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能对比试验。研究结果表明,SBS改性沥青的车辙因子远高于70^#沥青胶结料,应用SBS改性沥青和博尼维纤维,可以提高混合料的高温抗车辙能力、水稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能和抗老化性能,SBS改性沥青的改善效果优于博尼维纤维,而综合改性的沥青混合料性能最好,从经济角度看,博尼维纤维具有良好的推广价值。Contrastive tests were made to analyze the influences of SBS modified asphalt and Bonifiber on asphalt mixture performance. Firstly, contrastive tests were made between SBS modified asphalt and 70^# general asphalt. Dynamic shearing tests at 35 ℃, 50 ℃ and 60 ℃ were made and rut factor G^*/sinδ was adopted to evaluate permanent resistance to deformation. Secondly, the road performances were compared through tests of 70^# asphalt mixture, SBS modified asphalt, 70^# Bonifiber asphalt mixture and Bonifiber SBS modified asphalt. The tests result shows that the rut factor of SBS modified asphalt is much higher than that of 70^# asphalt binder.The high temperature anti-rut ability, water stability, low temperature crack-resistance and anti-aging performance can be greatly improved by using modified asphalt and Bonifiber. SBS modified asphalt outperforms Bonifiber, and the integrated modified asphalt mixture performs best. Economically speaking, Bonifiber is suitable to be popularized.
